PRODUCT PRICING
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we will try to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur.
If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order.

The price of all goods and services advertised are inclusive of any applicable taxes including VAT Product Availability All goods and services are subject to availability.
Any product stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only.

Cancelling an Order Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014, personalised items once sent can not be cancelled or returned.

You can cancel your order prior to processing for shipment and we will refund the full cost of the order, including any shipping costs. However, we aim to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment.

Crucially, we advise that you call our customer services immediately on +44 (0)7897474741 to notify us of a cancellation.

Orders that have been dispatched can still be cancelled, and we advise that customers refuse delivery of the order to return it. In this instance, the cost of the delivery return (£2.50) will be deducted from the order and will offset the refund of the cost of standard shipping.

Alternatively, you can arrange return of a cancelled order (at your own cost) and upon receipt of the goods, we will refund for the goods and the cost of our standard shipping service (£2.50) Returns and Refunds If you wish to return an unwanted product or your entire order then under the Distance Selling Regulations and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges Regulations 2013, Fondant-boss are happy to refund you on the return of the item, providing it is new (unused), complete in all original packaging. You must contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt of your goods and return the item within 14 days of contacting us. If the goods are faulty or not fit for purpose then the cost of return postage will be refunded.

In all other circumstances, the return postage costs are payable by the customer. In order to return goods, please email wagstaff308@googlemail.com with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, items to be returned and the reason for returning, within a 4 week period, after this time, we are under no obligation to exchange or refund you in any way.

When returning goods to us, please enclose a copy of your invoice along with details of which items are being returned and the reason for returning.
We will then process a refund for the goods unless stated otherwise.

Please Note: Customized or personalized items are excluded from the regulations and cannot be returned.

Any item returned must be in the same state as it was received, and any item being returned for an exchange can be done so within a 4 week period from the date the item was purchased, anything over this date, can not be refunded or replaced.Any item sent back for replacement, or refund, must be done so at the customers cost, and within a 4 week period. Items can not be refunded unless returned to us here within 4 weeks of buying the item, Anything after this, can not be exchanged, or refunded.

We always try to give you the most up-to-date product information but sometimes we do get it wrong. This can include:

*This can be caused by differences on your computer screen or device as the actual color of the product may be different from our website. Some product pages have color swatches. Please use them as a guide only as they do not show the exact color of the products.
**The amount of stock that we show on the website is a guide. We will confirm the amount of stock that we have when we confirm your order.
We may not process your order if we notice that the product information on our website is wrong when you place it.

Where possible we try to make sure our prices are as low as they can be, where we still make a little bit of profit, but also pass on savings to our customers.

We will send you a receipt of your order in an email. Please read and check the details carefully to make sure that they are correct. as items that do not get to the address placed
can not be refunded, please check your spam folder for any order placed that you do not get an email for.

DELIVERY
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if you are not there to collect your order when it arrives. It is your responsibility to tell, our courier company, to arrange re-delivery or collection.
