Icing sheets

My icing sheets are vegan and kosha friendly, they are thin to the touch, so they don't stand out too much on the cake. and almost everyone can eat them. They can be pre cut for you, as the photo shows.

Please keep them in the packet they come in until you want to use them. Place them in the fridge for 5 min, then peel them gently off the backing with a knife and place onto a cake that has been slightly dampened down for them to stick, I recommend using plenty kitchen roll, rung out so slightly damp, to do this.

Wafer paper when pre-cut can be stuck in the same way onto a cake. Or can be placed on the top of cupcakes as they are. Please do not put these on the cake if you are going to put your cake into the fridge. Place them onto the cake before transportation, to save any of them running, or going a little too soft.
